13.00-16.00 During the day -> Talent Tinder

Are you ready to discover your true talents and match them with your dream job? Then don’t miss out on Talents Tinder at the upcoming Talent Fair! This unique tool, created by the talented coaches of BOOST, allows you to match your present talents with the vacancies of participating companies and organizations.

In today’s job market, skills and talents are key, and Talents Tinder puts your talents front and center. No more worrying about diplomas or work experience – this game is all about you and your innate abilities.

So, how does it work? Simply stop by BOOST’s booth at the Talent Fair and play the game with one of their expert coaches. Each vacancy has a physical card with five talents listed on the front. You choose which talents match your skills, and the card is moved to the right. If a talent doesn’t fit, it’s moved to the left.

Once you’ve narrowed down your talents, the cards are turned over to reveal the corresponding vacancies. Again, you choose which ones interest you, and they’re shifted to the right. Any vacancies that don’t appeal to you are moved to the left.

At the end of the game, you’ll have a list of vacancies that match your unique talents and abilities. From there, you can start a conversation with the participating companies and organizations or express your interest in one of their vacancies. BOOST’s talented coaches will be there to guide you every step of the way.

To participate in Talents Tinder, we need some information from you. Don’t miss this chance to discover your true potential and find your dream job. See you at the Talent Fair!
