- Demonstration space on, around or in buildings at the Automotive Campus (possibly on the A270 highway near the Automotive Campus).
Timeschedule demonstrations
- Sunday 16 April from 13.00 – 16.00 hours Talent Fair
- Monday 17 April: from 15.30 – 17.00 hours European Mobility Congress; high level day
- Tuesday 18 April: from 15.30 – 17.00 hours Mobility in the digital society
- Wednesday 19 April: from 15.30 – 17.00 hours Mobility in a zero emission future
These are the fixed hours that are already included in the total program and in which you are obliged to participate. Outside these hours you can of course, in consultation with the organisation, show your demo to invited guests.
During this event we use regular suppliers for catering, signing, decoration, audiovisual equipment, surveillance etc. In the script you will find an overview of especially local suppliers we work with.
Construction time | Sunday 16 April 9.00 – 12.45 hours. Do you need more construction time? Consult with program manager Annemarie Schrauwen.
Dismantling time | Wednesday 19 April 17.00 – 19.00 hours.
It is only possible to deviate from these construction and dismantling times in consultation with the organization.
Small demo
- Free for all sponsors and for student teams on Sunday April 16th
- A small demo is in normal traffic or static demo.
Large demo
- free for gold and platinum sponsors and for student teams on Sunday April 16th
- A large demo is on closed road. Time schedule for road closure (large demo) to be confirmed. See also ‘Conditions’.
Important dates 2023
1 December 2022 Call for demonstrations is open
15 January 2023 Call for demonstrations is closed
15 January-1 Feb Demonstrations will be judged and discussed with applicants
1 February 2023 Notification of acceptance with the agreement with code of conduct, specifications and invoice
15 February 2023 Agreement for participation has been signed and the invoice has been paid
1 March 2023 General script and final program will be send to all the demonstrators
